As the associate media planner/buyer at The Communications Group, John is responsible for developing and implementing media plans and schedules for many of the agency’s clients.
John graduated from Arkansas State University (ASU) in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. Prior to joining The Communications Group, he completed an internship in consumer sales with Arkansas Business Publishing Group.
John is an active member of the Arkansas Advertising Federation (AAF). In 2005, he was the recipient of the AAF scholarship, which is presented annually to four Junior or Senior level students who attend an Arkansas college or university. In 2006, John was also named the AAF Outstanding Senior by ASU.
In his free time, John enjoys hunting, and in 2004, he earned the title of ASU’s Compound Bow Intramural Champion. John is also a member of Immanuel Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan where he serves as an assistant Sunday School teacher.
