Lela is an account planner whose skills include outreach and education programs. In addition to working with some of the agency's largest clients, she brings unique abilities in the area of marketing to the Hispanic community.
She has over ten years of advertising agency experience and worked with Acxiom as a creative team leader, developing a new creative department for corporate marketing. Lela also has experience working with international markets, including the UK, Japan and Australia.
Lela is active in Hispanic education and outreach, having formerly served as vice president of public relations for the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC). She has also helped to produce Una Vida Mejor (A Better Life) for Arkansas's AETN public television station. Una Vida Mejor helped to put a face on the rapidly increasing Hispanic migration to Arkansas.
