Shane is the Associate Director of Public Relations at the Communications Group. He manages public relations programs, special events and media relations for Communications Group clients including the Delta Regional Authority and Eli Lilly and Company.
Shane joined the Communications Group from the ranks of the United States Air Force where he served as a public affairs specialist and journalist for seven years. During his time in the Air Force, he served as media relations manager, internal information program manager, and newspaper editor. His experience also includes work with several national and international media organizations.
He has an associate’s degree in public affairs and received a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Utah. He also served two years in Vina Del Mar, Chile, as a missionary for his church. Shane is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and speaks fluent Spanish.
