Department of Arkansas Heritage

Painting the portrait of Arkansas' rich past and preserving it for future generations was our task when the Department of Arkansas Heritage hired us. The Department of Arkansas Heritage oversees The Historic Preservation Commission, the Arkansas Territorial Restoration, The Delta Cultural Center, The Arkansas Commemorative Commission (The Old State House and Trapnall Hall), the Arkansas Arts Council and the Natural Heritage Commission. This marketing program is based on research and comprehensive strategic planning (MPACT Planning™). The marketing campaign features television, radio, print, collateral material, direct mail and education components. Broadcast schedules are not put into PSA rotation, but rather, utilize our trademarked Funded Public Service™ program to fully leverage the media purchase and guarantee target audience placement for the client. Play It Again Arkansas

This is a statewide public outreach campaign that The Communications Group handled on a pro bono basis for the Governor. Play It Again Arkansas was designed to encourage Arkansans to donate their used musical instruments to local schools so that all children, regardless of their socioeconomic status, can be involved in school music activities. No longer will the cost of an instrument force a parent to disappoint their child!

Mental Health Awareness

This is an outreach and education campaign, for the Division of Mental Health Services of the Arkansas Department of Human Services. It is a state-wide campaign to remove the stigma of mental illness and inform the public about how to go about getting the assistance that is available.

Arkansas Highway Department

This public outreach and education project, conducted for the Traffic Safety Section of the Highway Department, was created to encourage more Arkansans to buckle-up, especially their children, and to discourage drinking and driving. It involved the creation of television, radio, and newspaper advertisements which will run state wide. An informational brochure also informs Arkansans about these issues.
