ARKids First is a health insurance program for children. The Communications Group developed materials that delivered the message about this revolutionary new program. Based on national and local research, we developed eligibility messages that emphasized primary care and healthy children. We worked with the Arkansas Department of Human Services, local hospitals, schools, media outlets and libraries to distribute messages statewide. As a result, data indicates a 50 percent reduction in the number of uninsured children in the state. |
