BreastCare is a program administered by the Arkansas Department of Health. The program pays for mammograms, clinical breast exams and Pap tests for women in Arkansas between the ages of 40 and 64 who are uninsured or underinsured and meet income eligibility requirements. Our charge has been to use media and public relations to increase enrollment numbers and encourage preventive action by educating targeted audiences about breast and cervical cancer risk factors.

TCG has worked with BreastCare since 2001, helping to not only meet, but exceed enrollment goals through marketing and outreach program development and implementation, creative material development, public relations, media placement, planning, special event planning and management.
