Heather Bailey Heather is a media buyer in the agency’s media department. With over 18 years of experience in advertising and media, Heather handles media purchases and media planning for clients including the ARKids First, Better Beginnings, BreastCare, Novasys and the Arkansas Department of Health. She negotiates rates and placement for schedules in media statewide and out of state for agency clients that utilize broadcast and print media. Heather establishes strong relationships with media outlets and representatives. Her mutual respect for both the media’s offerings and the client’s needs make her a strong negotiator who delivers outstanding results for the clients’ media dollar. Heather serves as a founding member and treasurer for the Arkansas Crisis Response Team and spends time as a volunteer in her church, Christ Episcopal Church here in Little Rock. She has a bachelor’s degree in public administration from the University of Central Arkansas. Skills |
