Melody Hubbell She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Arkansas State University (ASU), where she developed a fairly extensive work history. She completed several internships including one at the Craighead County Public Library, where she headed up a campaign that doubled library membership during National Library Sign-up Month. She also completed public relations programs for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and ASU. Melody comes to Arkansas by way of West Plains, Missouri.
