The Southern Gourmasian is the Last Feature Restaurant in the Kitchen|Fields Table Tour

The Kitchen|Fields Table Tour, an educational program launched by the Arkansas Soybean Promotion Board (ASPB), has traveled back to central Arkansas to feature its last restaurant partner: The Southern Gourmasian. Executive Chef Justin Patterson is cooking up a soybean-inspired dish for the table tour: Thai chicken burger with edamame hummus, pickled red onions and sweet potato chips. This dish will be available starting April 1 and running through June 31.
