Meredith is a specialist in ComGroup’s powerhouse PR team. She is an integral part of the team servicing many of the agency’s government outreach and education and industrial PR customers. Meredith provides writing, publicity, promotion, media relations, digital content creation and social media management for many of our customers.
Although Meredith’s university diploma says she has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, she also holds a special certification in Multi-Tasking. She simultaneously worked a retail job, interned in the Red Wolves athletics department, wrote for the school newspaper and was active in her sorority while earning her degree.
Meredith’s professional experience includes public relations and promotion for major off-Broadway productions, Ringling Brothers, national musical artists, touring concert productions, Cirque du Soleil and Professional Bull Riders. She is also an experienced journalist.
Meredith served a stint as a sports writer for an award-winning daily newspaper that honed her journalism skills and grew a level of baseball fandom that few Cooperstown alum can match.
Meredith is a graduate of Arkansas State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, with a minor in US history. She was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha.

Q: Cat or dog person?
I currently have a dog, but grew up with both.
Q: Most influential person from your childhood?
My grandfather was my favorite person. I used to sit with him for hours while he watched John Wayne and WWII movies.

My ability to calmly and professionally handle stressful media situations.
Q: What’s on your playlist?
I was part of the spirit club, yearbook staff, newspaper staff and I ran track and cross-country.
Q: Favorite music or band in high school?

I’m the youngest. I am the only girl with two older brothers.
Q: First job?
Working for my aunt in Ashville, North Carolina, at her embroidery shop when I was 14.
Q: Most memorable travel experience?
Last year, I went to Europe with my best friend. We went to Germany, Italy, Austria and Switzerland. In Germany, I got to meet some of my family for the first time. It was amazing.
Q: Biggest life lesson?
I’m still learning.
