Specialist: If “welcoming visitors” was an Olympic sport, Natalie Johansson would be the gold medal winner. Natalie is the agency’s receptionist. She is usually the first person you encounter when entering the office and the voice you hear when calling The Communications Group. She is a champion at making our clients, vendors and visitors feel welcome.
If you’ve called more than once, Natalie will remember you. If you need to track down a staffer who may be out of the office, Natalie will find them for you. If you need something shipped or ordered or entered into a database, Natalie will take care of it. And always with a smile.
She provides clerical support and backup to many of our specialists and works with the agency’s office manager to keep things running smoothly. Natalie also manages the agency’s master calendar and schedules meetings and events. So call us. Seriously. Our number is 501-376-8722. Our gold-medal receptionist would love to talk to you.

As a kid I was in love with Prince Eric from the Disney movie The Little Mermaid. I got married last year and my husband’s name is Eric.
