Elevating Conference Engagement for Early Childhood Education

The Communications Group partnered with a state early care and education program to enhance its presence at key industry conferences. Through strategic planning, content creation, and real-time engagement, ComGroup helped the program build stronger connections with child care providers while ensuring sustained visibility before, during, and after each event.


Background

Industry conferences provide a vital platform for early childhood education programs to connect with providers, share resources, and reinforce their mission.   • Social & Digital Outreach – A series of pre-planned social media posts and geo-targeted social media ads helped drive awareness and engagement during the conference, ensuring attendees remained connected to program updates in real-time.

  • Direct Provider Engagement – Two specialized newsletters were created:
    • A pre-event newsletter that promoted the program’s presence and encouraged attendance.
    • A post-event newsletter summarizing key takeaways and extending the conversation beyond the event.

This integrated approach ensured that conference engagement was not just limited to the duration of the event but extended before and after to maintain visibility.
