For as long as I can remember, potatoes have been my favorite food. They’re super versatile! I only wish they weren’t packed full of carbs…

What's your biggest pet peeve?
When people don't do what they say they will. It's so frustrating for me because when I commit to something, I do whatever I can to fulfill that commitment. Follow-through is very important to me.
